Bangladesh

the

Buddhist
viharas
in
South
Asia
and
is
one
of
the
most
important
archeological
sites
in
the
country.
It
is
designated
as a
UNESCO
World
Heritage
Site
in
1985.
Since
then,
a
series
of
UNESCO
missions
has
regularly
visited
the
site
and
helped
with
the
project.
