Geography
Located in the Red River Delta, Ha Tay is surrounded by Hanoi, Hung Yen on the east, Vinh Phuc on the north, Ha Nam on the south, Hoa Binh, Phu Tho on the west. The terrain is various including mountainous, hilly and delta which are very ideal for the development of agriculture, industry, tourism and services
Climate: The annual average temperature is about 23.8�C. The hilly area has average temperature of 23.5�C, with warm, humid climate. The Ba Vi area has average temperature of 18�C. |

Transportation
Ha Tay is 110km of expressway No.5 from Haiphong International Seaport. Ha Dong Town is 10km far from the center of Hanoi. There are city buses between Hanoi center and Ha Dong town. The province has National Highway No.32 linking to Phu Tho Province, National Highway No.6 connecting to Hoa Binh Province and other North-West region.
